With the area of 16 hectares, the Zone is bounded by the Zagreb-Macelj state road and the Luka-Kraljev Vrh county road. The exit to the Zagreb-Macelj highway (European route E59; Croatian route A2) is possible in Zaprešić or Zabok. The Zone is less than one kilometre from the Zaprešić-Zabok-Varaždin railway (a station in Luka), and 25 kilometres from Zagreb. It is communally equipped with electricity, water and gas installations, and telecommunications.
