The zone is located in the Božjakovina settlement, between the Dugo Selo-Križevci county road and the Rijeka-Zagreb-Koprivnica railway line. The exit to the highway is possible at the Sveta Helena junction (European route E71, E65; Croatian route A4) and at the Rugvica exit (European route E70, Croatian route A3). The zone is fully equipped with communal infrastructure.

- The communal fee for business and industrial buildings is €7.17/m³.
- The right to a partial exemption from the payment of the communal fee can be exercised by taxpayers who have purchased land from the Brckovljani Municipality, if within 30 months from the registration of the ownership right, or as defined by the contract, they obtain a use permit. In this case, depending on the floor plan area of the building and its height, the communal contribution is paid in the amount of €1.06/m³ to €5.57/m³.
- The Municipal Council of Brckovljani, upon the proposal of the mayor, may partially or fully exempt the obligees from paying the communal contribution, and upon written request of the obligee.
- For a one-time payment, the municipal contribution payer is entitled to a discount of 15% on the calculated contribution amount.
- Commercial companies and trades that have production facilities or other business premises in the economic zone pay a communal fee in the amount of €0.92/m².
- Investors who bought land owned by the Brckovljani Municipality and built a facility on it are exempt from paying the utility fee in the first year of using the facility
- The Municipal Council of Brckovljani, on the proposal of the mayor, may partially or fully exempt the obligees from paying the communal fee, and after the obligee’s written request.
- The water fee is calculated according to the Regulation of the calculation and collection of fees for water management and the Regulation on the amount of fees for water management.
